The Scran & Scallie follows the same ethos as its sister restaurant, The Kitchin. Dishes demonstrate a deep-rooted passion for the freshest, seasonal produce from Scotland’s land and sea, delivered by a trusted community of suppliers who share similar principles and passions as Kitchin Group.
At The Scran & Scallie, seasonal produce arrives daily – all of the meat and fish are bought in whole, and the butchering and filleting are done in-house, using traditional cooking techniques to create a carefully considered collection of fresh, comforting dishes.
